Kharnym Island’s rich culture is heavily influenced by the many immigrants that make their home there. In fact, many Carcosan traditions are still carried on in Kharnym.

Town Hall

This historical site is located in the heart of Wistvale, and is where Kharnym legislation continues to be passed to this day. Mayor Maanika Mandal presides over Kharnym after her landslide victory in the recent election, and is responsible for the ongoing effort to “put Kharnym Island on the map.”
